Reading the Table Honestly
Printing wins outright below roughly 100-250 units for parts of this size; molding takes over somewhere in the hundreds when the design is frozen and demand is certain. But the raw numbers understate three printing advantages: zero tooling risk (a design change costs nothing), zero minimums (make 12 if you need 12), and instant restarts (a reorder ships in days, not a tooling queue). For products still evolving, those are often worth more than the per-part delta.
